Connecting your data
Sesharo is most useful when your devices feed it on their own. Connections are managed from the app’s connections screen. Each integration is turned on per-account, so you only see the ones available to you.
Supported sources
Section titled “Supported sources”The set of integrations grows over time. Broadly, they fall into a few categories:
- Wearables & health devices — sleep, heart rate, activity, and continuous glucose (for example Oura, Withings, and Dexcom).
- Context — your calendar and location, used to give your events and metrics context (where you were, what you were doing).
- Services — activity, media, and other accounts that describe your day.
How connecting works
Section titled “How connecting works”Most integrations use a standard “connect” flow: you authorize Sesharo with the provider, and data then syncs in the background on a schedule. Once connected, historical data is typically backfilled where the provider allows it, and new data arrives automatically.
Disconnecting
Section titled “Disconnecting”You can disconnect a source at any time from the same screen. Disconnecting stops future syncs; data already imported stays in your account unless you delete it.
