What is Sesharo?

Sesharo is a personal health and life-event tracker. It pulls together the data you already generate — from wearables, health services, your calendar, and the things you log by hand — into a single timeline, then looks for patterns across all of it.

The goal is simple: help you understand why your days and your body feel the way they do, by putting cause and effect side by side.

  • Log events — anything worth remembering: a meal, a workout, a headache, a mood, a place you went. Some events are logged by you; others are captured automatically.
  • Bring in your devices — connect wearables and health services (for example Oura, Withings, and Dexcom) so metrics like sleep, heart rate, and glucose flow in on their own. See Connecting your data.
  • See your day — a daily view stitches your events and metrics into one place, with a “today so far” summary of the numbers you care about.
  • Get insights — Sesharo watches for trends and relationships in your data (for example, how caffeine late in the day tracks with your sleep) and surfaces them as plain-language observations.

Sesharo is built for people who want to understand their own data — whether you’re a casual tracker who just wants a tidy daily log, or someone technical who wants to query the raw numbers through the API.
