Getting started

This guide walks through the first few things to do in Sesharo.

Sign up with an email and password in the Sesharo app (iOS or web). Passwords must be at least 8 characters and mix character types (or be 12+ characters).

Open the log screen and record something — a meal, a coffee, how you slept, your mood. This is the raw material Sesharo builds on. You don’t need to be exhaustive; log what matters to you.

To learn what events and metrics actually are under the hood, see Events & metrics.

The real value shows up once your devices are feeding in automatically. Head to the connections screen and link the services you use. See Connecting your data for the current list and how each one behaves.

After a day or two of data, the daily view starts to fill in — your events on a timeline, your metrics summarized, and a “today so far” card of the numbers you chose to watch.

As Sesharo accumulates enough history to know what’s normal for you, it begins surfacing insights — trends and relationships it finds in your data. These get better the more consistently you track.
